Requirements for Renting Kitchen Space:

1. Health Permit a. Retail—County of Santa Cruz b. Wholesale—State of California 2. Certificate of Insurance with Russo’s listed as additional insured. Minimum of $1,000,000 public liability and property insurance. 3. The leasee will provide any utensils, equipment or supplies that pertains to making their product. Soap and towels are also the responsibility of the leasee. Russo’s provides garbage bags, brooms, mops, floor cleaner and bleach. 4. Month to Month Lease. 5. Deposit of $350.00 is required to hold the space.
